1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

We currently offer shipping within the United States.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Issues & Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, Mamamoon is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other external factors.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us—we’ll help you figure it out.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Mamamoon is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to fix it before your order ships.
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll make it right—whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
